Maybe a velcro wrap up near the tips? Just in case they do happen to drop out :thumbup:

Sorry mate, forgot all about it. Went around to have a look, ended up starting the reno's for his new Bathroom. (I shoulda stayed home :shh: )
What you made looks the goods, maybe another piece of ply nearer the front with a "g" cut out to rest the tops of your rods on.
